PAYMENT:
Payment through Paypal is expected immediately following your purchase.
Custom orders: I do require a 50% to 100% deposit depending on the order's size, delivery time/production time, etc. This needs to be paid via Paypal before your order will begin production. All deposits on custom orders are non-refundable.
*FL residents - sales tax is automatically added to your total at time of check out.
SHIPPING:
Shipment takes place approx 7 to 10 business days after payment is received in full (unless otherwise noted in my shop announcement). This is due to some items being made custom as well as packaging time and payment clearance on your end. If you are purchasing on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, it may take and additional 2-3 business days to ship your items, so plan your purchasing accordingly. (Business days are considered Mon-Fri, as I do not ship on weekends or holidays.) My weekends are spent with my family & friends. Thank you for understanding. If you are needing an order shipped sooner than this, please contact me before purchasing to make sure that this can be done.
Orders are sent via USPS service which takes 2-11 business days within the United States once the order has left my hands. However, I cannot be held responsible for slow mail service.
**Please note that International buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
Due to the hygienic nature of my bath & body items, I cannot accept returns on these products. If you are dissatisfied with any other type of product, please convo me so we can discuss a solution :)
I do not provide refunds for damages incurred by the Post Office, unless you have purchased insurance. Refunds/replacement requests are valid up to 3 days from your receiving date date, so please look over your order when you receive it.
Refunds are not issued due to a postal error (delivery to wrong address by your postman) or late arrival as I am not in control of how quickly the post office works.
Please remember these are handcrafted items and no two objects will be exactly the same. That's the beauty of each purchase!
In the event of a refund, refunds will be in the amount of the full purchase price including your original shipping fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact me BEFORE returning your item.
****Custom orders can not be returned or exchanged & must be paid in full at time of purchase, unless prior arrangements have been made with me BEFORE purchase. In the event that a deposit was made for a custom order, your deposit is nonrefundable if you should decide to cancel your order.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES:
If you have skin sensitivities or allergies please read the ingredients on the listing's description PRIOR to purchasing. I will not be held responsible for any allergic reaction, skin sensitivity, or irritation. Please do not use my products if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients.
When in contact with warmer climates, or hot Postal trucks, your soaps/lip balms/candles/tarts/soy melts may arrive feeling slippery to the touch or soft. No worries--just unwrap your precious bar and leave to dry for about an hour. For lip balms, stand upright in your refrigerator for a few hours and it'll be good as new. For candles/wax products, stand upright, remove the lid, and allow to sit for about an hour. If your soy shots are difficult to remove from their disposable, plastic cup, place the whole cup in the freezer for about 5-10 minutes. When you remove it, GENTLY pull on the sides of the cup (this will release the wax from the edges). Your soy shot should now easily slide out of it's container.
